1. Returns and Exchanges:
If the client does not feel comfortable, satisfied, or the product presents some sort of defect, the products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after its delivery.
The products to be exchanged cannot have been used and must preserve their original condition, packaging and tags.
To return or exchange the product, the customer has to:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the order number and name, size and color of the items intended to be returned or exchanged, as well as the reasons for doing so;
- Send the products to the address given by YAO;
- The responsibility of shipping the product to be returned or exchanged relies entirely on the client.
After receiving the products, the brand reserves the right to deny the return or exchange if the item does not meet the abovementioned criteria.
If the brand confirms that the product meets the criteria for accepting returns, the customer will receive an email notification with the next steps for the refund
If the brand confirms that the product meets the criteria for the exchange, the customer will receive an email notification with the next steps to select the new product. If the new selected product’s price is equal or below the initial product's price, no additional payment or difference will b refunded. If the new selected product’s price is above the initial product's one, the client should pay the difference according to the instructions given by YAO.
In specific cases where it is clear that a customer is trying to take advantage of the presented conditions, the shipping and process costs associated with subsequent processes may be charged to the customer.
