Do I need to register to buy at YAO?

No. You can make all of your purchases without a registration.

 

If I make an order as guest, where can I find my invoice?

Even as a guest, you will receive the invoice in your email, within seconds after your payment.

Where can I see the size charts?

In all of our products, we have a “Brand Guide” that tells you the exact size of the products. If you don’t find it, please send us an email to info@yao.pt

 

You don’t have the product that I want. Will you have it back in stock?

If the product that you have chosen is still on our website, it is very likely that we will have it again in stock, in a short period of time. For more information, please send us an email to info@yao.pt

 

How can I pay my orders at YAO?

You can pay choosing one of the following gateway payment methods:

Do you charge any fee for credit card payments?

No. All payment options are free of charge.

 

Does the price include taxes and fees?

The prices shown on our website includes all taxes and fees. Meaning, our prices are retail price.

The shipping costs are added to the product price depending on your delivery service choice.

 

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us at info@yao.pt.

 

Can I change my invoice data?

If you want to change the information on the invoice, or have a second copy, please send us an email to info@yao.pt.

 

Are all products available for free shipping?

No. All orders with a shipping address in Portugal have no cost. Shipping to Europe will have a 10€ extra cost.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time of your order depends on the delivery service that you have chosen.

In normal orders:

Portugal (mainland) – 1 to 5 week days;

Portugal islands – 3 to 8 week days;

Rest of Europe – 8 to 15 week days

We try to do it as quickly as possible, however, it depends on your purchase and amount of products that you have ordered.

 

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO box).

 

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you receive a product that was not supposed to, don't worry! Please send us an email to info@yao.pt
